Joseph Lucco

Joe H. Lucco, BBA, CRS, GRI., Broker Associate with Frank J. Lucco and Associates, Inc. After ten years as a real estate appraiser, Joe now is involved solely in the office brokerage division at Frank J. Lucco & Assoc., Inc.. Joe is a native Houstonian, a full time real estate agent and very active in the local community. He graduated in 1985 from the University of Houston with a BBA. Subsequent real estate education has been in the areas of law, contracts, real estate math, finance, property tax, appraising, marketing to name a few. Joe currently holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Real Estate transactions that Joe Lucco has brokered over the past 30 + years range from Single family home sales for both "First Time" buyers to "Empty Nesters" and everyone in between, Multi-Family dwellings from Duplexes to Apartment complexes, Vacant land tracts from Single Family home site lots to Pre-platted Subdivisions to raw acreage. Additional Commercial sales include; Mobile Home Parks, Medical office, and Recreational-special use type buildings. Joe simply loves what he does and what he can do for all his clients. Joe has built a relationship with his clients based on showing them more than the typical razzle-dazzle side of real estate sales. He has interjected into the mix an analytical side that is unique and based on his previous analytical background as a real estate appraiser and consultant. Joe's clients are seeking solutions to their real estate needs and by sharing with them his decades of applied real estate experience and knowledge, they too become more educated and knowledgeable than most others out there and this allows Joe to fulfill all of their real estate needs to the max.
